Class Description

Awaken and align your body, mind, and soul with this hour long power yoga flow. Come prepared to cultivate your full potential and actualize strength you may not think you have. This class is designed to build strength, stability, and flexibility while calming the mind. Poses are woven together in an energetic, balanced synchronicity, that strengthens the body and mind while awakening the spirit. Backbends and intermediate inversions and balancing poses will be taught and practiced regularly. Build strength in the arms, lower body, and core. Find the perfect blend of sweat and serenity with this weekly power yoga class. What to wear: Get your active sports gear on, a sports bra, leggings, and or a sweat-wicking shirt and shorts. Have water near by, and bring a towel just in case you start to sweat.
