Movement into Meditation
Shake off the day and settle into the evening
Class Description
Practice Pratyahara (withdrawal of the senses) as we transition from our days with gentle movement flows into longer supported poses. We will complete the practice with pranayama and a short meditation leading us into savasana. Appropriate for all levels. Recommended props of cushions or blocks, blankets, and eye pillows.

All purchases are final sale, non-refundable, and non-transferable, no exceptions. You may not share or transfer class credits to another person or account. You can cancel or reschedule your booked class up to 1 hour before the class starts. Your teachers put time and energy into preparing class for you. Of course we understand that life can happen fast, but please do your best not to cancel the day of if you can help it.
