Class Description

This class features gentle movement and stretches coordinated with the breath that allow the mind and body to recover from every day stress and strain. Feel the stress melt of your body, and seek a place of equanimity. Please note that your instructor may queue and teach with props (blankets, bolsters, blocks, straps) to support the body and encourage gentleness, care, and compassion for the body. If you don't have these items, no worries, you can grab pillows and blankets from your couch and/or bed and have them near to use as alternatives. Props are always optional. This is a level 1 class and is welcoming to any and all students and is beginner-friendly. Learn more about levels here:
